I have served as a POA Board Member and Architectural Review Committee Member in an estate neighborhood in the past.  It is my desire to serve our community in an effort to add value to all of our property owners.  I am a firm believer in the value of working together to create a home that gives us a respite from the cares others face outside of our neighborhood.  I am a real estate and lifestyle expert and desire to use my skills and background to be of value.

Prior to retirement, I was Chief Executive Officer of a complex 1100 bed teaching/research medical campus in Northern Virginia with an annual operating budget of 1.58 billion dollars. 

My wife Connie & I chose this area for its outdoor activities and location to family.  I would like to be involved in our community and believe I would be an engaged member of the board.  I have worked with and on many boards during my professional career and have a solid understanding of their role and their ability to be stewards of the community they serve.

Thank you for your consideration for a HOA and ACC leadership position.  My interest in a Director role is grounded in the quest to return Pinnacle CC back to its original glory.  Pinnacle CC is a wonderful development, unique in its spirit and aspirational from a community perspective.  It is the responsibility of the Directors to ensure longevity of Homeowner value, safety, and beauty of our community.  A documented, disciplined, and detailed strategy, grounded in prioritization, investment, and timing must be established and executed without fail.

My qualifications are supported by 40 successful years as an executive focused on process, customer excellence, fiscal accountability and most importantly, execution of an aligned plan.  Please trust that the Pinnacle CC Homeowner experience will be a major priority which I will take seriously, both in productive execution and in purposeful influence.  Accountability is paramount to success.  This holds true for Directors and Homeowners.  The success criteria metric is readily measured by incremental Homeowner property value.
